Frank Fedorczyk

Born and raised in New Jersey, Attorney Frank J. Fedorczyk has called Fort Myers, Florida home since 2004. He earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010 and, in 2012, graduated from the Southwest Florida Public Service Academy as a Certifiable Law Enforcement Officer. His experience in public service helped shape his passion for serving others and ultimately led him to pursue a career in law.

He attended Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating with Pro Bono Honors for his work with the Disability and Public Benefits Clinic, where he served as a Certified Legal Intern.

Outside of the office, family and community are at the heart of his life. He has been married to his wife, Samantha, since 2015, and they have two children — a son who is an all-star baseball player and a daughter who enjoys ballet and gymnastics. He is also a Little League baseball coach and serves at his church.

When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing catch, relaxing by the pool, watching a good movie or series, and making memories together. He brings the same passion for helping others that has guided his life of public service to his legal career, with a commitment to serving his clients and giving back to the Southwest Florida community.
